Appraisal Services

We are knowledgeable about a wide variety of commercial and industrial assets. Tauber Arons Co. is able to evaluate your equipment as Auction Value, Orderly Liquidation Value and Fair Market Value. We appraise equipment throughout the United States.

With our high standards of excellence and expertise we are accepted with many lending institutions, attorneys, C.P.A.s, business evaluators and consultants.

With our many years of valuation experience, we provide our clients with the essential information to make educated business decisions.

Machinery and Equipment Appraisal Process

First, we prepare a list of inventory, then price items accordingly based on your request:

  • Auction Value is assumed to be the amount that would be received if the assets were sold for by means of a public auction sale
  • Orderly Liquidation Value is assumed to be the amount that would be received if the assets were liquidated over a specified period of time
  • Fair Market Value is assumed as to be the amount, in which one would pay by making their purchases on the open market or from a used dealer under no duress or time frame

After we evaluate the condition of merchandise and determine the pricing, we submit a written and organized account of the appraisal.
